How to find the time to exercise
We will learn all the best ways to fit exercise into your daily routine. We are all busy and we wear that busyness like a badge of honor. Here's the thing, though. When you take time to exercise, you will find your mind is clearer, you'll be more energized, and those tasks will take LESS time.

How to get support from spouse/family/friends

About Coach Rebecca
Coach Rebecca is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Health Coach. She has struggled with overweight and obesity all her life. If there was a fad diet, crazy exercise program, or weird eating plan, she's tried it and still struggled. In her late fifties, she felt her health was going downhill and she wanted that to change. Her goal was to enjoy her life and to retire with a healthy active lifestyle. She found a way that works and is sharing how she became healthier, stronger, and happier so everyone can be their best, healthiest self.
I'm looking forward to working together toward a healthy future!
Rebecca lives in Little River, SC with her husband, Mark, and his six cats. (Yes, that's a lot of cats!!!) They travel frequently, love spending time on the beach, hiking and exploring nature, and finding new adventures.
